Endo en Zo Academy
Postgraduate Endodontics — Amsterdam

Education from a working referral practice.

Endo en Zo Academy is the educational arm of Endo en Zo, a referral-only endodontic practice. Every course is taught by clinicians treating the cases they teach — every week.

Philosophy

We teach what we treat. Every lecturer at the Academy is an active clinician — not a presenter retreading old slides. The cases in our courses are the cases on our chairs.

Roberto Cristescu

DDS · Specialist Endodontist · Co-Director, Endo en Zo

Specialist endodontist and co-director of Endo en Zo. Roberto's teaching draws on a high-volume retreatment caseload and a philosophy of conservative access cavity design — preserving tooth structure as a first principle.

03 — Approach

What makes the Academy different.

01

Cases from a real referral practice

300–400 referrals each month at Endo en Zo. The teaching material is the casework, not a stock library.

02

ESE-aligned curriculum

Built to the European Society of Endodontology's standards for postgraduate training, with CBCT-led diagnostics from the foundations forward.

03

Hybrid format

Online modules for theory and pre-reading. In-person sessions in Amsterdam for hands-on, microscope work, and clinical case discussion.

04

Small cohorts
