Refund and Returns Policy
1. Course Enrollment and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in any course.
Early bird discounts may be available for registrations completed before a specified date.
2. Cancellation by Participant
Cancellation more than 60 days before the course start date: Participants are eligible for a full refund minus a €100 administrative fee.
Cancellation between 30-60 days before the course start date: Participants are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the course start date: No refunds will be provided. However, participants may transfer their registration to another individual or request to defer their enrollment to a future course date (subject to availability and approval by Endo en Zo Academy).
3. Course Rescheduling
If Endo en Zo Academy BV needs to reschedule a course, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Participants will have the option to transfer their enrollment to the rescheduled course date or receive a full refund.
If a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled course, they may request a full refund or transfer to another course of equal value.
4. Course Cancellation by Endo en Zo Academy BV
In the event that Endo en Zo Academy BV cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund of all registration fees paid. The academy will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
5. No-Show Policy
Participants who do not attend the course and have not provided any prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants may request a refund or rescheduling. These requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and Endo en Zo Academy BV reserves the right to require supporting documentation.
7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request.
